Together, Solstice Chiropractic and The Doula Circle are creating a space where mothers and families can gather in community, support their nervous systems, and honor the rhythms of motherhood.

What This Morning Will Hold

Each family will plant wildflower seeds as a symbol of what you’re nurturing this season.

You’ll be invited to write one word on your cup — something you’re growing into.
