What to Expect

  • Connection & Snacks (5:30–5:50): Enjoy light bites, refreshments, mingle, and tour our family‑friendly office.

  • Guided Networking (5:50–6:30): Each attendee will have the chance to share a short elevator pitch — who they are, what they do, and how they’d love to be supported. (Length will depend on the number of attendees.)

  • Our Talk (6:30–6:50): Hear from Dr. MacKayla and Dr. Dillon about how Solstice Chiropractic supports families through nervous-system-based care — and how we can also support you as providers through collaboration, shared care goals, and even care for your own nervous system so you can continue serving from a place of balance and calm.

  • Open Networking (6:50–7:30): Keep the conversations going! Exchange cards, build relationships, and spark new partnerships.

Bring: business cards, brochures, and any educational materials you’d like to share. We’ll have a dedicated area for providers to display handouts and resources.


The evening will flow naturally — we’ve outlined a general timeline, but our goal is meaningful connection, not a strict schedule. If great conversations unfold, we’ll follow the energy of the group!

We’ll create a shared contact sheet (sent to all attendees after the event) so everyone can stay connected. The directory will include names, roles, and contact information for those who opt in. Be sure to bring your materials and cards so everyone leaves with something tangible, too.
