• Connection & Snacks (5:30–5:50): Enjoy light bites, refreshments, mingle, and tour our family‑friendly office.

• Guided Networking (5:50–6:30): Each attendee will have the chance to share a short elevator pitch — who they are, what they do, and how they’d love to be supported. (Length will depend on the number of attendees.)

• Our Talk (6:30–6:40): Hear from Dr. MacKayla and Dr. Dillon about how Solstice Chiropractic supports families through nervous-system-based care — and how we can also support you as providers through collaboration, shared care goals, and even care for your own nervous system so you can continue serving from a place of balance and calm.

• Speaker Spotlight (6:40-6:50) One registered attendee will be selected to receive a dedicated 10-minute segment to share more about who they are, who they serve, and how they support families. The selected speaker will be notified one week prior to the event.

• Open Networking (6:50–7:30): Keep the conversations going! Exchange cards, build relationships, and spark new partnerships.

Bring: business cards, brochures, and any educational materials you’d like to share. We’ll have a dedicated area for providers to display handouts and resources.

The evening will flow naturally — we’ve outlined a general timeline, but our goal is meaningful connection, not a strict schedule. If great conversations unfold, we’ll follow the energy of the group!

Attendee Directory

We’ll create a shared contact sheet (sent to all attendees after the event) so everyone can stay connected. The directory will include names, roles, and contact information for those who opt in. Be sure to bring your materials and cards so everyone leaves with something tangible, too.

Speaker Spotlight Opportunity

This time, we’re adding something special.

One registered attendee will be selected as our Speaker Spotlight and given a dedicated 10-minute segment during the evening to share more in depth about:

• Who you are and who you serve
• The heart behind your work
• How you support families during pregnancy, postpartum, or early childhood
• How other providers can collaborate with or refer to you

This is a beautiful opportunity to elevate your visibility within the Colorado Springs birth community and build deeper referral relationships in a focused, intentional way.
